1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed via throughline.dk and the Throughline platform accounts is Throughline, CVR number 32861326, Würglersvej 3, 8870 Langå, Denmark, hello@throughline.dk.
2. What data we process
Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password for each user on a customer account. Billing data: company name, address, country, and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider Mollie; we only store non-sensitive card metadata such as the card brand and the last four digits. Usage data: technical logs (such as IP addresses and timestamps) needed to run and secure the service. Your customers' data: contact and event data that our customers upload to the platform is processed by Throughline solely on the customer's behalf and instructions, as data processor.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process account and billing data to deliver the service you have signed up for (performance of a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); accounting records to meet bookkeeping obligations (legal obligation, GDPR art. 6(1)(c)); and technical logs to keep the service secure and reliable (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Hosting and processors
The platform is hosted on EU-based infrastructure (Scaleway, data centers in the EU), and customer data does not leave the EU. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We use no processors outside the EU/EEA for personal data.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion, except where longer retention is required by law. Accounting records, including invoices, are kept for five years plus the current year under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at hello@throughline.dk to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
throughline.dk sets no tracking or marketing cookies. The application at app.throughline.dk uses only storage that is strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
